If you’re thinking about buying a Sleep Number bed, I highly recommend asking for Alisha at the Harker Heights location! I first stopped by in November 2025 just to try out the beds with absolutely no intention of buying one that day. From the very beginning, Alisha was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and never once made me feel pressured. Instead, she would occasionally text me whenever there was a good promotion, simply keeping me informed without being pushy. When the Fourth of July sale came around this year, she reached out again and provided several different quotes based on what I was looking for. My husband had never tried a Sleep Number bed before, so we went back to test them together. We originally thought we’d purchase a more budget-friendly model, but after trying them side by side, we realized the Comfort Next Luxe Flex King was the right fit for us. It cost more than we had planned, but as we’ve gotten older, we’ve learned that you really can’t put a price on a great night’s sleep. Alisha made the entire experience enjoyable from start to finish. She answered every question we had, explained the differences between the models, and truly wanted us to find the bed that was best for us not just make a sale. Additionally, Alisha, and the entire staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. I never felt pressured to buy, but rather informed as a potential customer. She ensured all questions were answered and allowed me to exeperiment with each bed. She dis not hover or pressure me, but wanted to ensure an understanding of me as a customer and what my sleep needs were. From She she perfectly matched my requirements. We had an issue getting approved for the 0% special financing rate after recently moving back to the United States from Germany, where we had lived for the past 10 years. Even though my wife and I have excellent credit, the bank was unable to verify our information for some reason. What could have been a very frustrating experience was made much easier thanks to Alisha and her team’s professionalism, patience, and outstanding customer service. They went above and beyond to help us every step of the way. Their commitment to taking care of us impressed us so much that we decided to purchase the bed with cash instead.
