Denver Mattress

Ray was a very big help when I was picking out my mattress. He was patient, listened well and attended to my needs, without being distracted. He had good suggestions and was quite knowledgeable. I have an 8 year old Dr’s choice queen mattress that I love, and is still as good as new, no sagging at all. I tried getting a bigger king size mattress from another company because there was no Denver Mattress in my city. It turned out horrible and sagged within a couple months. Bad experience with 3 beds from that other company. Realized there was a Denver Mattress within 2 hrs of us. Of course pay for delivery…duh! So happy to be getting a good bed at last…from a solid company that makes a good, reliable product.

I recently purchased an adjustable mattress and frame from Ray. He did an outstanding job answering all my questions. It took a couple weeks for my bed to arrive and I was able to schedule a delivery date. There was a slight hiccup that happened at no fault of the store. I called Ray and he was able to handle and resolve the issue within a couple minutes. Because of Ray's knowledge and professionalism, I will go through him for additional mattress replacements I plan on doing in my other bedrooms.

I reached out via the text option online...what a treat to speak to an actual human. Greyson was super helpful and informative. We ended up ordering right over the phone and set up delivery. Great experience!

Had the best shopping experience with "Grayson". She was extremely knowledgeable on all the mattresses and we felt no pressure whatsoever. Showed us so many options. Excellent customer service. We're extremely happy with our purchase. Grayson should get a raise!

I would like to say as someone who truly doesn’t enjoy shopping, my experience dealing with Elizabeth made this seamless and enjoyable. She was very professional and courteous, and answered all of my questions which put me at ease with my purchase decisions I would highly recommend Denver Mattress!
