Look, if you want to be taken care of, go see Stacey Ford. That guy knows A TON about furniture. Great guy, friendly, not pushy and came across as very genuine. I'll definitely use his services again there. Great experience. Update: Okay, so we were told our furniture would arrive in two weeks since it was in the warehouse in Colorado. It took three weeks. Not the end of the world, however, it came in pieces and required assembly (something nobody told us). They offered delivery when we were purchasing (for $129) and then after the furniture arrived, they tried scheduling us 10 days out for delivery. I opted to go and pick it up and was told I'd be refunded the delivery fee. When I showed up to pick up the furniture, I was instructed to go around back and back up to the loading dock. I did that and a nice guy loaded the boxes for me. Then, I figured I would go back in just to see if they were going to process the delivery refund and that's when they told me they couldn't do it unless I had the credit card I had made the purchase with. Seems kinda lame that I was the one who had to follow up when they knew I was there to pick up the stuff. All in all, I'm fairly satisfied with the product, but I think Stacey did the classic over-promise and under-delivered big time when it came to the end product. If/when I need more office furniture, I'll probably just order on Amazon since it's the same stuff.

The team at Furniture Row were great to work with. They allowed us to move about, however if we had a question, the team was available to answer. Their furniture selection is amazing. We did shop around and came back to Furniture Row where we did our purchase. Thank you.

Chad was amazing to work with! He greeted us immediately as we walked in, pointed us in the correct direction for what we were on the hunt for, and even gave us his business card for when we came back to get the table set we wanted!

Horrible customer service. Called 4 different times over 2 weeks regarding a late shipment that was 2 weeks behind schedule, never could get an update. Called earlier in the day to find out if the table had arrived, it had so I let them know we were on our way to pick it up.(1.5 hr drive) When I went in to pick it up the staff was in the back playing a board game and in a massage chair. It was like pulling teeth to get them to show me where my table was and help loading it, Finally getting someone to help, they were very unprofessional and rude. Delt with Michelle during multiple interactions and they all felt like we were inconvenience. DO NOT RECOMMEND. HIGHLY recommend Ashley Furniture.
