Denver Mattress

Marcus did an exceptional job, not only selling us a mattress but educating us on the particular mattresses we looked at, he pointed out several things that would ensure we had information to make the right decision to purchase the right mattress for our needs. He was amazing to work with and patient while we made a decision. He cared about what we said to him, and pointed out several options , but let us make the decision for ourselves . very nice person and you don’t see that often in the sales world.

Went to furniture row today to purchase a new mattress. Sales Rep Jasmine Aragon did a very good job represented furniture row. She new the product I was interested in. She went through all the options but did not present a high pressure sales attitude. Jasmine filled out the order and invoice and walked me through it. She check on available and st up the schedule for delivery.

Very happy with the service here. Felix was so helpful and made sure I understood what I was buying and he explained all the warranties and the store return policy. It can be very nerve-wracking spending a bunch of money on a mattress and not knowing whether or not you’re going to like it. Having that buffer of 4 months is a huge relief.

I was promptly greeted by Jasmine Aragon, a pleasant young woman. She was knowledgeable about her products, and since I knew exactly what I wanted, we got down to business right away. I was pleased that delivery of the mattress would be sooner than expected. If I need another mattress in the future, I won’t hesitate to shop again at Denver Mattress Co.

We were greeted with a smile after walking through the door. The sales person asked us how he could help us and then listened to our needs. He had us out of the door with a mattress that was perfect for us within minutes. I highly recommend this store for your next mattress.
