Clean establishment. Helpful staff with lots of knowledge about the products they carry. They provide individualized attention, take their time to listen to you, show you lots of options, and have patience. We purchased a very firm mattress for my father and he loves it. We purchased a very different mattress for our son and he also loves his. Great products!

My experience with this particular showroom exceeded all expectations. For starters, I was running around and in a split second decided I wanted to price some mattresses. I walked in and was politely greete greeted by Zane and his coworker. Zane took me around, asking questions to help me choose my mattress. Once we determined I liked a specific one, Zane, who was very thorough in explaining the types of comfort and materials the mattresses were made of, walked me through the process of purchasing the mattress of my choice. He even let me bring in family to help me decide on my mattress and the decision-making process. As we were going through the purchasing process, Zane and his coworker took it upon themselves to find me the best deal and arranged a Transfer from another showroom so I could get the mattress of my choice within my budget. Which they did not have to, but that's just how much they cared. They really listened and honestly cared about my needs and my financial situation, as I had quite a few moving pieces and could only afford what was in my budget. There was no judgment, which felt so nice because I have been pre-judged when shopping sometimes, especially during my spirit-of-the-moment shopping sprees (not looking the part but actually being the part). I truly enjoyed the experience and plan to come back as I continue furnishing my home. Thank you, Zane, and to his partner/ battle buddy. Really and truly, y'all are amazing. Beyond a 5 star review.

I had an exceptional experience dealing with Mattress Firm. The representative , Shaggi, he was very professional, knowledgeable, and laid-back, with no high-pressure sales tactics trying to push something more expensive. He listened attentively and genuinely cared about what I wanted, making this one of the best buying experiences I've ever had.

We have not received our mattress set yet.
I went to the store in Pueblo and Zane helped me get the exact set I was looking for and a great price. Showed me all the options, let me lay on the type of mattress i liked to see how it felt. I liked the set. Zane checked to see if there were any openings on Saturday because that was the day we needed the delivery.
I called back the next day to pay for the set and see about Saturday delivery. Zane was on his days off and Roby helped me by checking with Zane first to get correct set and after making sure it was accurate and their was a Saturday opening. Then Roby sent the txt for me to pay the bill and who and when the moving guys would be contacting me when they will arrive. Great customer service, knowledgeable sales persons, friendly, best prices and very reliable business. Thank you.

I was quite impressed with this store, its selection of products, and its salesmen, Roby and the other young man. Both were very professional, knowledgeable and low pressure guys. Roby took time to explain the differences in mattress types which I never really understood. I appreciated the help he gave and how thoroughly he explained the entire purchase. I think I’ll be back when I decide to replace another mattress in my home later this summer. Very good job guys!!
