I had such a great experience with Seyla! She was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, taking the time to walk me through different mattress options and really listening to what I was looking for. I appreciated how she explained everything clearly and without any pressure. Unfortunately, I was short on time and had to leave, but I’ll definitely be coming back to work with her!

Customer service is surely not lacking when Vincent is working! From the moment we walked in until we left he had time for us, even while being the only one on the sales floor with multiple customers. He was professional, transparent, and respectful! We got the mattress we needed with customer service that is rare to find these days!

Vincent was incredibly helpful throughout our experience. He took the time to walk us through each mattress we were interested in, explaining the features and differences in detail. He asked about our sleep styles—side, back, etc.—and clearly outlined the pros and cons of each option. He also went over all the warranty information and made sure we understood the 4-month trial period, which gave us peace of mind since we were deciding between several great options. We truly appreciated his patience, product knowledge, and professionalism. He spent plenty of time with us to ensure we felt confident in choosing the mattress.

We had an excellent experience purchasing a new mattress. Vincent was super knowledgeable about all the mattresses and was able to provide a lot of specifics on the one we ultimately bought. He was incredibly patient as we went from mattress to mattress, and back again.

I would actually like to, Thank you for allowing me to share with you the Absolute BESTEST Experience my husband and I had yesterday with Vincent. From the moment that we walked in and saw the array of the different mattresses that were available to us, Vincent didn’t run to us. He didn’t lurk, he let us walk in get the feeling of the atmosphere and then he just Gently walked over to us, introduced himself and offered us some pillows so that we could lay down and check out and feel the difference in the mattresses. After about 10 to 15 minutes of my husband and I roaming from bed to bed to bed. He came a little closer and he said do you all have any questions that I can answer?…… And that opened the gate, I asked him every single silly crazy out of this world question that I have had myself, AFTER I HAD already purchased a previous mattresses, and wished I would’ve asked ahead of time…… WELL this time I really did and let me tell you he did not let me down in any way. He was awesome his temperament, his demeanor, his sincerity, and his knowledge was ALL above par. We would like to thank Vincent for the opportunity.
