Sleep Number

Mark was very professional and knowledgeable about the products. Very happy with our purchase!!

Very friendly staff, Kewawn answered all our questions, we didn't feel pressured and we tried out 3 beds and decided on the Split E King I8 sleep mumber smart bed w/adjustabe frame. My husband and I went shopping for a bed to help with his back pain and my shoulder and hip pain. The bed was delivered today and we are both excited about the choice we made in this bed to meet our needs. Thank you Kewawn, Mark, and Artis.

Artis in Wichita Falls was so very helpful. Listening to what I wanted and gave Me great options and recommendations and help me pick a bed to fit my budget. I did all of this over the phone. Bed will be here next week

Husband and I had a wonderful experience at this store. Our salesman was friendly, patient and answered all of our questions thoroughly. We got our "numbers" and were able to try out all of the beds in the showroom, along with the different bases available. Also got to try out different pillows as well, along with some of the extra features for the beds (foot warmer, cool/heat bed layer). My favorite thing about our whole experience... absolutely no pressure to purchase anything! We did purchase a bed and the process was quick and simple. They scheduled a delivery date that worked for us, and a week later our bed was delivered and set up. So our experience with Sleep Number in its entirety has been absolutely fantastic!

The young gentleman who helped us at the store was absolutely phenomenal! His name started with a K and was not a "common" name. I feel terrible that I can't remember it. He was so knowledgeable and really listened to what we wanted and the problems we were having with our current bed. I'm 52 and I've never had a better salesman before. And I've had plenty. I can't wait to get my bed and I'm so excited. All this comes from his enthusiasm for the beds he sales. Great job!
