Designs West Home Furnishings and Mattress

I’m 70 years old and I’ve bought a lot of furniture in my lifetime — but working with Jenna at Design West was the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had. She is knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cares about helping you find exactly what you need. The store itself is outstanding: clean, beautifully arranged, with a large selection of high-quality furniture at a fair value. The entire staff was friendly and professional, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. If you’re looking for great furniture and even better service, I highly recommend Design West Home Furnishings and especially Jenna.

Just got our furniture and I had to leave a review immediately because the experience with Designs West was perfect end to end. Great, quality furniture selection and friendly service from the salespeople to the delivery technicians. The delivery and set-up fee was very reasonable and the techs were awesome folks who got the job done quickly and professionally. Highly recommend!

Loved our experience. Sales personnel where very patient and knowledgeable! Found exactly what we where looking for and love our new furniture

This store is full of beautiful, great value and comfortable furniture with a huge selection. The sales people were knowledgeable, helpful and low pressure. I would highly recommend this place and definitely will be returning when it's time to purchase any new pieces!

I cannot say enough good things about this store. I bought an electric recliner from them. The motor started going bad 6 months later and then quit. They could not get a new one from the chair manufacturer for at least a month. Knowing you cannot use an electric recliner without a motor, they substituted out a new chair immediately. When that chair remote went bad, they again, substituted a new remote immediately. I really appreciate their commitment to their customers. We will buy all of our next new furniture from them. All of the employees were very helpful and attentive. Thank you.
