My experience purchasing my couch was amazing he listened understood what I was looking for. It's was the delivery guys for me total a** are window hour was 1-4pm they called at 12 I was not home.. one came around I just arrived, they were right infront and husband was stuck in traffic it took maybe 30 min.. and we felt very bad. He(older guy) literally mocked my husband coming from jitsu practice. Singing bad boy what you going to do. Making jokes.. I couldn't belive it was happening.. then mocked my home I know it was messy we were just moving in. It was freaking awful. The upsetting part is I need a table and more furniture but don't want them back in my home.. so glad we didn't tip 150 for the wait. We understood and was ready to extend our thank you.. next time don't jump the gun on your mouth and keep comments to yourself.
