Direct Furniture

Great experience from the time we first visited the store, a year ago, to the sell, and finally delivery and set up. We bought a sofa and 2 recliners. All made in Alabama and Mississippi.

Very bad service from sales team Susan took my order and when they delivered the furniture the legs were missing so they couldn’t do the master bedroom we drove from Atlanta we said that ok no worries we will come next month now again when we come after month drove back from Atlanta they txt me one hour before they missing side table they are not taking customers seriously there is no customer service Jessica told us everything is there u can drive and we can deliver but same issue again not good service they only know me when they load the truck they are missing things and they txt you same day they don’t have it

The 2 men who delivered 2 heavy dressers today did a great job. Despite the hot and rainy weather they were very considerate and careful removing old furniture and bringing in the new. Very skilled and professional.

Purchased a sectional sofa, platform bed, mattress, dresser, chest, night stand, and full dining room set within a week. They delivered it all in one delivery. Nice sales people. We would go there again for more quality furnishings

We but lots of furniture from Direct Furniture in Foley & Spanish Fort. Super friendly (and knowledgeable) staff. Great selections. No hassles and wonderful furniture.
