Mattress By Appointment Foley AL

My husband & I bought 8 mattresses & 2 split king bases from Kristy at Mattress by Appointment for our new home. The mattress we bought from Kristy for our personal use is the best mattress I've slept on in my life. The service that Kristy has given us is top notch. We recently had what we thought was an issue with one of the bases & Kristy came over right away to troubleshoot it. It turned out to be more of an operator error & not a problem with the product. However, what stood out was Kristy's quick response. Her service & attention to detail are exceptional. I highly recommend Kristy & her company.

We purchased a mattress from Mattress By Appointment in Foley yesterday. We are very pleased with the entire experience. Kristie is professional, informative and so accommodating. She set up an appointment late Saturday night for the following day. We love the business model of “appointment only” as you have the full attention of the sales person. We highly recommend this company and would absolutely purchase from them again. Thank you Kristie!

We recently purchased a mattress from Mattress By Appointment and we couldn’t be happier with both the product and the service from Kristie. The mattress itself is incredibly comfortable—just the right balance of support and softness. What really stood out, though, was the level of customer care. From helping us choose the right mattress to answering all of our questions, the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend this company if you’re looking for a high-quality mattress and outstanding support!

Kristie has been great to work with. This is our second time to buy a mattress set from her. We love our king size bed, and I have a feeling our queen that we just bought will be wonderful also. If you want to find a good deal on a mattress, go see Kristie
