My husband & I bought 8 mattresses & 2 split king bases from Kristy at Mattress by Appointment for our new home. The mattress we bought from Kristy for our personal use is the best mattress I've slept on in my life. The service that Kristy has given us is top notch. We recently had what we thought was an issue with one of the bases & Kristy came over right away to troubleshoot it. It turned out to be more of an operator error & not a problem with the product. However, what stood out was Kristy's quick response. Her service & attention to detail are exceptional. I highly recommend Kristy & her company.
