Me and my family had the best experience today in this store. We went in not knowing what type of mattress we wanted and Michelle helped us out more than she knows. She very knowledgeable about what’s she’s selling and helped us make the best choice. We had a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend this store to everyone.

Soooo…this review is late but I loved getting my new mattress through Direct Ship Mattress. I met Michelle and we discussed what I was looking for, and she helped me find my future matress! She was very personable and I never felt pressured. Fast forward to when my mattress was delivered at my apartment, the delivery guy was the absolute best, so nice and professional. He helped me open my matress and made sure everything was right with it before leaving. Thank you for helping me find the perfect mattress…I LOVE IT!

This is a beautiful store and Michelle is FULL of knowledge about the products. We were not thinking of buying today as our search had just started, but after laying on everything and hearing about the differences, etc, we could not imagine liking another mattress more. We had personal service, were given all the options, and we even got 50% off a fancy shmancy pillow with purchase of our mattress and adjustable frame. All our questions were answered and there was zero pressure to buy. I cannot recommend this store more - support local!!! You cannot go wrong working with Michelle!
