They do a great job with setting up the delivery notifications to include ongoing reminders and follow up satisfaction calls from start to finish. The in-store buying process is seamless along with purchase emails to add or remove items from an in-store cart created by your sales person. The major disconnect in my case was with the furniture delivery taking three attempts to get things right!!! I've owned a few homes and never had this to happen with furniture. The new cream sofa and two of the six pillows were noticeably dirty and smudged. One of the matching chairs was missing the backerboard and padded foam on one side! They promptly redelivered both but the second sofa sank in the middle. Service rep came out and determined it was the bottom center pillow and not the spring coils yet they took the entire sofa back and delivered a third sofa. That sofa arrived wrinkled across the back and along several pillows like it was strapped together for shipment too tight for a long time. They did not fall out in two weeks so the service guy came back again and recommended I purchase a dry steamer, use an iron, or a blow dryer set on high because they do not carry those on calls. Goodness..... so I ordered a dry steamer off Amazon and returned it when done. Straightened the fabric out professionally! Feet for the sofa and two chairs are made of dark plastic and not wood so I ordered a nice wooden set for all three pieces from Etsy for $84. I do love this set and minimalist style padded on all sides which is now accented with new Asian styled heavy wooden feet. But bottom line, Rooms to Go can do better with quality assurance given their prices.

We have shopped with Rooms to Go for 10 years (all our furniture) we have always had a great experience. Today was exceptionally easy with the purchase of our couch and mattress. Yanny explained the difference in the items and really met our needs. We are so excited and thank her so much!!!

I had a great experience at Rooms To Go. I went in search of a queen size mattress and thought today would be a great day since there was a President's Day sale going on. I encountered Hope at the McDonough store. She was very welcoming. She listened to my needs and showed me the products that met those needs. Hope was very knowledgeable about each product. She answered every question and helped me make a decision that was best for me and my pockets. Thank you, Hope for not being pushy when I wavered a bit and for providing an overall great customer service experience.
