We first came to this store on New Year’s Eve because they were the only place open. James greeted us kindly and have been the best at assisting us with getting the best prices. We have come back to this place twice now and they still continue to give us the greatest deals. James was pleasant to work with and he is awesome!

I purchased a couch & loveseat from Discount Furniture & couldn’t be more pleased with their service. They didn’t have what I wanted on the floor so I chose from their Internet service. They worked with me on pricing and measured the height to make sure it would work for me since I have a hard time getting up from the couch. I needed it to be a certain height from the floor. When I received the couches I was in shock at how beautiful they looked! And they are very comfortable. After a few weeks I had an issue with one of the couches and they came out right away to look at it. They kept me posted each step of the way in trying to resolve the issue . They are willing to take it back to fix it. Being new to the area as I just moved here from Pennsylvania I was hesitant taking a chance on buying something without actually seeing it feeling it and sitting on it! However I have never seen a couch this beautiful. Nor have I ever felt this type of fabric before. Since I moved here with no furniture I will be buying all of my furniture from “discount furniture” in Sumter. I would highly recommend checking them out.

Matt greeted us as soon as we walked in and provided insight on how the models were presented, then clearly communicated he would give us space to talk it out. We loved the no pressure atmosphere, honest advice and and easy conservation that Matt provided. Delivery was able to be scheduled the next day, and the third party company also provided wonderful service. The bed was about 600 dollars cheaper than what I was expecting from online shopping, and while I haven't had more than a night on it, I'm very happy with the quality.
