My family recommended us to come here so we visited on Saturday. Everything was going so well until it was time to purchase. There was only one person working and she told us it wouldn’t be a long wait. A young lady returned from the back and started counting money and the manager didn’t even acknowledged us. We had $1000 down payment and really wanted the furniture but I was not comfortable working the young lady to death when others could have easily assisted us. To that sweet young lady who greeted us and assisted us you are phenomenal and it sucks to not be supported. If someone does read this, she has blonde hair and did nothing wrong
View on GoogleI had a great experience with the employees inside of kimbrells. Shoutout to Courtney and Monica. They did their big ones and they were very friendly and very patient with helping me. Overall just very great experience but they made my experience a bit better! They deserve a raise
View on GoogleI went yo buy an item published in their brochure sent in the mail. First time in the store and the sale associate was very friendly. To my surprise it was on sale, lower than the sale price in the brochure. Lastly, her customer service was amazing.
