Absolutely amazing experience with Andrew at HOM Furniture! He was professional, friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. He made choosing our new sectional so easy and stress-free, answered all our questions, and kept us updated every step of the way. The customer service was outstanding from start to finish. We truly appreciate the care and attention we received. Highly recommend working with Andrew if you’re looking for great service and a smooth furniture shopping experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
View on GoogleChad greeted us. He was very friendly and helpful with what we were looking for and showed us our options. He was genuinely laid back and we didn’t feel pressured at all. We ended up purchasing a recliner chair that will be delivered next week. It was a nice relaxing experience. Thank you Chad!
View on GoogleMy partner and I recently bought some furniture at Dock86 and James Giese was an utmost pleasure to work with!! He answered all our questions and helped us find our perfect couch and he was so fun to talk to!! We just moved to the state and could not feel more welcomed!! Thank you James Giese!!!
View on GoogleTons of great pieces at discounted prices. I was surprised to see such a wide variety of styles available. Note that for most items, you’re NOT buying the floor model, so delivery times can vary (for the couches I scanned, delivery times varied from 5 days to 2 months). Darin was my sales rep, and he was awesome- warm, sincere, helpful, and not pushy at all. There was also a woman working on the evening of 11/27 whose name I didn’t catch, but she was a ray of sunshine and enhanced my overall shopping experience. Highly recommend shopping here for any furniture needs!
View on GoogleJoe was the sales associate who helped me with my purchase. I have no hesitation in saying it was a pleasure working with. He was very knowledgeable, genuinely friendly and so very kind. If I decide to purchase any more furniture in the future, I will definitely look for Joe.
