I had such a wonderful experience working Jim K. He was incredibly kind, patient, and truly knowledgeable about everything in the store. What stood out the most was how he treated my mom—with so much respect and care, taking the time to answer all of her questions without ever making her feel rushed. He helped find the perfect couch for my mom, and also guided me through choosing a beautiful living room set for myself. His honesty and calm approach made the whole process feel easy and comfortable. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers, not just making a sale. That kind of service is rare, and it made this experience really special. I’m very grateful and would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for furniture.

View on GoogleScott Klein was a great contact at Dock 86 in Little Canada. He immediately recognized I knew what I was looking for and when I found it, he was there to explain the process, quickly take care of the paperwork and get everything ready for me to pick up the next day. Pressure sales doesnt work with me and Scott knew that. If youre at Dock 86 and lucky enough to get Mr. Klein as your sales rep you wont be dissapointed.
View on GoogleLaurie at Dock 86 is great! Attentive without being pushy, she knows when to back off and give you space to shop. She listens and gives helpful suggestions. Delivery was set up quickly and they called to see if they could come earlier. Fast, professional and no mess left behind. A great experience from beginning to end.
View on GoogleJim was incredibly friendly and helpful and overall made the experience of purchasing a new sofa a breeze. I loved that he didn’t bombard us and let us shop around while checking in here and there to answer any of our questions. We were originally quoted that our furniture would be delivered in two to three weeks, however due to the couch coming in earlier than expected our delivery was scheduled just 4 days later which was amazing! Our delivery experience was wonderful as well. Jason called in advance to let us know he was on his way and we also received communication from DOCK86 a couple of days in advance. Honestly 10/10 experience. Would highly recommend!
