Big store with plenty of space, and even with a large selection of furniture it never felt cramped like some furniture stores can. Great customer service, welcoming, available when needed, but not hovering or popping up out of nowhere. They gave us the space to browse comfortably, which made the experience so much better.
The piece we wanted happened to be out of stock, but the visit was still pleasant overall, and we’ll definitely be back.

I would highly recommend HOM Furniture! From the moment we walked into the store and were greeted by our sales associate, to the ordering (always finding us the best deal) to the delivery (white glove, for sure!) the entire process was seamless! Design consultant Terry Hoines represents what a true professional is all about. We had intended to purchase a 50 inch patio table and four chairs, only to realize after Terry's thoughtful analysis that the space required a smaller table. He suggested a 42 inch, which was the perfect size. Most design and sales consultants don't consult, they merely take your order and hope that it works. Terry's experience and advice saved us from purchasing an oversized table and a regrettable, expensive purchase. We can't thank him enough for all his advice, guidance and expertise, all of which resulted in a truly rewarding experience. And outdoor furniture that will provide much enjoyment in years to come. I've lived in 7 different states and bought furniture in all of them in my 60+ years. So, from that background I can say that my experience with Morgan P. at HOM furniture was the best I've ever had. I walked in needing an entire apartment of furniture. Morgan spent 5 hours with me and we accomplished the selection of everything I needed! This included customizing fabrics for the living room; Morgan was great in helping me pick colors and fabrics which went great together.
Throughout the process she was professional and knowledgeable. She was also willing to say "I don't know" and then quickly get an answer - her honesty was refreshing. Throughout our 5 hours together, Morgan kept a sense of humor, helped me keep my own, and made the experience a pleasure, not a chore.
Victor in their rug department and Ron in the mattress department were equally great and James also made the paperwork go smoothly. Thank you all.
I heartily recommend the HOM store and it's staff for their friendly service and welcoming Minnesota spirit. As a transplant to the state they all made me feel at home and made the furniture buying experience a pleasure.
