Very satisfied with my couch purchase at Doughty’s Furniture. I was helped by Margrethe who was a pleasure to work with. It did not take me long to find something I liked. Made in the USA, comfortable, firm, and less than $1500 was a homerun. The delivery process was flawless. I apologize for forgetting his name, but a gentleman came out and measured my home before it was delivered. Nice guy. I HIGHLY recommend this local furniture shop all around.
View on GoogleVery happy with my small sectional! I couldn’t believe it when I found one that fit perfectly in my space! Friendly, helpful employees made it a great experience!
View on GoogleBe cautious buying furniture that may need repair as the warranty company that Doughty uses is an absolute joke…Bought a recliner/rocker chair with electrical recline…Bought in 2023…have had to submit 2 claims so far because power supply box quit working two times already..Submitted my 2nd claim on March 31st..they ordered new part that they claim could take up to 12weeks to get..it did come on 6th week..they give you two day options to pick for service, which of course is during week..I took off of work today and get a text at 10:40 saying their car broke down and we have to reschedule…this is the second time I’ve had to miss work over furniture that is not that old! Very frustrating dealing with furniture care...It’s a shame that’s who Doughty provides warranty with..
View on GoogleFirst time there and let me tell you! Impeccable customer service from Margrethe! I hope I’m spelling her name correctly. We picked out our beautiful living room furniture furniture fast and easy! Plus I got free furniture cleaner, candle and a Mastercard gift certificate since it’s their 80th anniversary! I’m telling you! Go see Margrethe she knows her stuff!
