First I would like to say the salesperson Joe was great. Joe was professional, friendly, and not pushy. The furniture we bought is beautiful looking forward to delivery. After that the problems advertised Free Delivery that was false got a 200.00 credit but had to pay 499.00. When I asked the Sales Manager I was told they could just leave the furniture not put in place. Free Delivery is Free Delivery. Also Interest Free was only 12 months if you changed it that reduced the discount. The discount Big letters 70% off very small Tiny letters Up Too the %. 18% is what we got not close to 70. Then had to pay delivery and tax upfront. I was told when I questioned this since I am a return customer and didn’t do this last time that this is a new owners policy. We loved the furniture looking forward to the delivery but after purchasing this time will need to think again about returning.

Our customer service rep Sean was GREAT !!!! He took the time to explain things; let look around with NO hassle or pressure. When we needed Sean to ask questions he provided clarity. Sean was very knowledgeable and even drew a picture of how the pieces would look in our family room. The little nice, cute little lady who took our payment , I forget her name she was so sweet , funny and honest. Our experience was GREAT and the quality of our purchase made us feel even more comfortable. Let’s no forget about the warranty knowing our furniture will be covered for the next 5 years sealed the deal. I would highly recommend the Ashley furniture store on route 42 NJ to anyone. Thank you for making it such a great experience, we will be back to purchase more items again!!!!

An awesome experience, we have bought many of our household furniture from this exact store. Every time we have had a great sales associate and Joe Quintieri today was excellent and the support staff was great as well. We will always recommend Ashley’s!

He was patient, knowledgeable, and really took the time to understand what we were looking for. Thanks to his help, we ended up buying quite a few pieces and couldn’t be happier with our choices. My mother purchased a recliner set in 2023 and paid an additional $450 for the extended warranty. I filed a warranty claim in March 2026 after liquid was spilled on one of the chairs. Since then, I have made 12 calls to the warranty company and 7 calls to the store. The warranty company repeatedly tells me my claim has been escalated and that someone will contact me within 24–72 business hours, but no one ever does. When I call the store, I’m told they don’t handle warranty claims and that I have to work directly with the warranty company. Even after speaking with the store manager, I still have not received any updates. It is now July, and my claim remains unresolved. The extended warranty has been a huge disappointment, and I would think twice before purchasing one from Ashley.
