Mattress Firm Sicklerville Outlet Center

Maria is always a pleasure to work with. Very informative and patient. Stated turn around for delivery is fast. Just a great experience in comparison to other stores. Delivery was fast just 2 days. Delivery drivers were awesome!! Very polite, respectful and they wore foot booties to protect my home! That alone top notch service! Highly recommend!

Ive been trying to mattress shop for the last few months because I haven't had a new bed since 2006 . 20 years ago and now since I have a partner and such I needed to upgrade and we went to different locations and as did I boop around other places and competitiors. This was the mattress store I went to as a child because I grew up in Erial / Sicklerville for most of my life til my teenage years so im very familiar with the store it was spotless and when you walked in it just has that smell of walking into something from the early 2000s bc Sleepys got bought out by Mattress Firm and so same same essentially but let me tell you when me and partner walked in we were greeted Cantrell was such enthusiasm and energy and the right guy to be a sales man and then we went back later that day with my parents and the girl and him helped us out and me , my mom and my step dad got brand new mattresses and I can say I thought falling asleep would be difficult because it isn't my bed I can say I got a bed that I wasn't expecting to like and its been really comfortable and easier for me to sleep these last few nights even my partner agreed

I never in my life went mattress shopping, I would often joke about the existence of the mattress store......that was until I moved and gave my oldest son my bed room set. After weeks of suffering on an air mattress with a mattress topper on it, my soon to be 46 year old body had enough! I found myself in my local Mattress Firm where I was greeted by Cantrell Brown, his customer service, expertise on the products and my specific needs were top tier. When I tell you mattress shopping was by far the best shopping experience Ive had in awhile. When you are shopping for comfort purposes, you appreciate a nice relaxing shopping experience. I cant wait for my new bed to arrive, this was an early birthday gift to myself. Thank you Brown for all your help today!

I walked in with a need for 2 mattresses and a box spring. I did not want to spend a lot of money (but I also didn't want the cheapest mattress in the store) and did not want to spend a lot of time in here. Cantrell came right over to help me, listened to what I was looking for, and helped me quickly eliminate different mattress options. I appreciate that he was attentive to my wants and needs, helped to explain different features to me in a way that I could understand, and was not pushy on anything! I wish I could have a similar experience every time I need to go somewhere to buy something lol

The greeting was inviting the expert was indeed, he was pleasant and cheerful. The store was neat and clean also very organized. We were very well informed about types and quality comparison, in fact the information we were given was easy to understand. Over all we give the mattress expert that served us an excellent rating
