Downtown Appliance Home Center

Very friendly and helpful staff. The checkout process was smooth and they were very amenable with my order as it was a floor model. The delivery was also quick and efficient. Would highly recommend downtown appliance as they had a lot of models and series in stock in a wide variety of prices

Excellent service from ordering to deliver y and install. I had always thought Downtown Appliance was expensive, NOT SO!! They were able to order exactly the range I wanted for less than anyone else! They also are the ones to send out their in house repair crew if issues arise. I will never shop for appliances any where else.

Gene took great care of me at Downtown Appliance! I ordered a special order refrigerator, and it arrived quicker than expected! They were able to get me in right away for delivery and install, and the install team was excellent. Highly recommend Downtown Appliance

People were very friendly. I ordered a countertop microwave that they did not have in stock. I was told it would take a week to ten days to get it. I called them at ten days. They didn’t have it and had to search for my order. They talked to the warehouse and it was to be there in a week. Long story short it took 21 days to get the microwave. The microwave works great and is what we wanted. When we picked it up, again the staff were very nice and they carried it out to our car for us.

My dishwasher was leaking. Went to Downtown Appliance and they were quick to assist me. Helped my find a new machine. The service installers were awesome. Young guys fun to talk to and they did a great job. Thank you Downtown Appliance
