Furniture Row

I was shopping for a petite sized swivel rocker recliner. Furniture Row has an extensive selection to pick from on the floor that you can try out. I was so relieved to see the selection and not be burdened with going to multiple stores. I’m so pleased with my Cooper leather recliner. I love it! The level of customer service is just amazing. Josh Morris was our Sales Rep. He listened to my needs and gave me options. At same time he also gave me space to make my decision. I came back two days later and made my purchase. Typically items are ordered with 1.5 weeks for delivery. I lucked out…they had my chair in inventory in box in back. Yay!! Josh was great! We are repeat FR customers and highly recommend store and Josh.

Saw this set and was interested in it. The style was nice, and would have added to our decorating tastes. FR indicated prior to our purchase that we wouldn't get the entire set at one time, as they were backlogged... however, promised they'd do their best to get it delivered before Christmas. This photo was taken of the entire set, and the final section was delivered on December 22 as promised. Miles, the manager at the Columbia MO store kept us informed through the entire process. Thank you Miles and FR!

Kenny M. was very helpful & available without being pushy. He explained details about our sale. The quality of your bedroom sets are better than any where else in Columbia, MO (Slumberland, MO Furnace & Ashley) w/ better prices. We’ll continue to shop there as long as this continues! Thx!

I had gone to Ashley, first; not because they’re better, but they were closer. We were continuously followed by the salesman and even the manager approached us. I don’t like to shop like that. Went to furniture row and we were greeted by Donovan. He answered all our questions; and then let us shop. He checked back with us, but did not hound us. We ended up purchasing our sofa at Furniture Row, and it was an all around pleasant experience. Donovan was great and we will request him when shopping there, again.

Josh gave great service from the time we walked in until the time we made our final decision to purchase a bed from him. He coordinated everything with Denver mattress to get everything delivered at the same time. Alec was also very helpful. Very happy with the experience and would strongly recommend.
