Unbelievable service and craftsmanship from start to finish. Emmanuel was highly attentive but also low pressure when my fiancee and I first walked into this hidden gem. He showed us through all of the product lines and we just couldn’t help but get the biggest, softest mattress that we tried. We tried everything from bigger retailers — Beautyrest, Purple, Sleep Number etc. but the Dreams Newport Hybrid Ultra Plush we got took the win in comfort by a mile while being at minimum comparable, if not a lot better, in price. Delivery took about ~1 week from ordering (which is great timing since they make your mattress right on site where the showroom is after ordering — the machinery is right there!) and they set everything up for us, ready to sleep on. Seeing it in person, it exudes the qualities of a confident and competent product in every way. I used to toss frequently on my old IKEA mattress and now I’m sleeping like the dead every night. Worth every penny to invest in your sleep with this family-owned business in Norwalk, I promise they will take great care of you.

What an amazing family owned business. We got a mattress from a large retailer (at the time we didn't know dream mattress existed) and didn't think we needed a box spring.
We drove by dream in Norwalk and asked about box springs. Not only do they do completely custom box springs, but they were cheaper than anywhere else we looked. We told them what we wanted and it was delivered a few days later. We realized that the height was too high (which was completely our fault by the way - we thought we needed it higher than we did) and called dream to see if they could make it smaller.
They offered to do a new one in the correct height, which was amazing since they did nothing wrong. It was all our screw up.
I just wish we knew they existed so we could have purchased a mattress there as well. The next mattress we buy will absolutely be with them.
It's very rare nowadays to get their level of quality, customization, for their price, in a family owned business. Thank you to Dreams!

I had a fantastic experience with Eduardo and his team. They built a beautiful bed for me, and I couldn't be happier with the quality and craftsmanship. The attention to detail was clear from the moment it was delivered. Not only was the bed exactly what I was hoping for, but the entire process was smooth and professional.
What really stood out was their reliability — the bed was delivered on time, just as promised. It's refreshing to work with a team that values punctuality and takes pride in their work. Eduardo and his crew were friendly, efficient, and clearly passionate about what they do.
Highly recommend them if you're looking for custom bed and great service. Thank you again for a job well done!

I just purchased a mattress/box spring from DREAMS on Main Ave.
Eduardo (the father) was incredibly helpful in understanding the differences between the showroom mattresses. If I wanted the one I chose to be a little less firm, it's possible to customize because it is made on site.
The prices were very reasonable and even included delivery/removal. No more waiting for those long delivery windows mid-day, Manuel (the son) handles delivery after 4 pm.
I am glad I was able to support a small family owned business. I highly recommend DREAMS.

I had an amazing experience at Dreams Mattress! The owner went above and beyond—he took the time to show me exactly how their mattresses are made, which was really impressive and gave me confidence in the quality. His son delivered the mattress, and he was extremely kind, helpful, and professional. The mattress itself feels fantastic so far, and I’ll be sure to update this review as we continue using it.
