Our hot water heater failed causing a flood in our basement which destroyed the carpet. One call to Walter at Rockbottom and he sent his worker over within the hour to remove the sopping carpet. It was a heavy, wet job but he got it done quickly. We ordered a new carpet which arrived quickly. It was installed today. The men who did the work were meticulous. They even moved all the furniture for us. I would not hesitate to hire Walter and Rockbottom again should the need arise.

Walter is the best! So easy to work with and seems to always have great quality in stock when others do not. Reasonable prices. Professional and great installers. We literally get all of our furniture from Walter at RB. And our flooring is gorgeous. Quick turn around and excellent quality.
