I had a fantastic experience at Kleinsleep! Jeff was knowledgeable, and listened to what we were looking for. He walked us through different options without being pushy. We ended up with a mattress that's incredibly comfortable and supportive. Delivery was smooth and on time and the whole process felt easy and stress free. Wide selection, great quality and amazing customer support at KleInsleep. I feel very lucky I found this store. Jeff (the owner) walked me through trying a few very different mattress options, explaining along the way what may or may not work for my needs. The choice turned out to be far easier than I anticipated, unsurprising, given expert help. The mattress is a perfect fit, and I had no idea what I was missing before in terms of comfort and alignment. Same goes for the couple of different pillows I got at the store. The delivery was to NYC, and Jeff was very accomodating of my bldg's requirements. The delivery service was super efficient. Highly recommend Kleinsleep.

I am extremely satisfied with my experience with Klein Sleep. I've had my mattress for about 5 months now and my quality of sleep is significantly better. I researched online and saw this spot sold organic mattresses, so I decided to give them a try. I was greeted by Brian who was lovely! and ended up helping me find the perfect mattress at an extremely affordable price!!! I was about to buy a bed online but I'm so glad I decided to stop in that day instead! The owner Jeff was also super helpful with everything down to delivery! All around great mattress buying experience :)

Five stars plus! I purchased several mattresses from Kleinsleep this year and can't say enough about my experience. Jeff and Andre truly raised the bar. They are knowledgeable, patient, welcoming and incredibly responsive and offer an extensive array of quality products at very reasonable prices. I was focused on natural mattresses and had many to choose from, including custom options. I am sleeping soundly on my new mattress and couldn't be happier. Kleinsleep will definitely be my go-to mattress store into the future!
