Amazing overall. Had an amazing sales rep Grace who was very knowledgeable and great when it came to looking. Didn’t hover over us but was always readily available when we had questions about certain pieces in the show room. Got an amazing dining table with matching chairs and she Grace made sure that I was taken care of from delivery to any minor adjustments that needed to be made within the first 30 days. Overall amazing quality and I am very happy with my purchase and the customer service. 10/10 would recommend

I visited this store for the first time today. I was interested in a sofa for my mother. I was greeted by Grace upon entering and she took me and my family to the area where the sofas were. She was extremely informative while NOT being pushy for a sale. It's refreshing to feel comfortable when making any purchase and not feeling pressured. The owner even took considerable time to meet me and my family and converse. There aren't many businesses that operate like this. This is a larger than average furniture store that's capable of meeting your needs. They have all kinds of pricing from low to high and in between. Give them an opportunity to serve your needs. You'll walk away from the experience with a great level of satisfaction.

Stopped in this evening and was assisted by Kyle, his customer service was excellent. He was patient, knowledgeable, and made the shopping experience pleasant. After some deliberation, I finally decided on the Ashley Midnight collection sectional. While checking out, I did a quick price search and found the exact same sectional at 1st Bedroom Online for a lower price with free white glove delivery. Kyle kindly called Molly to inquire about a price match, and while they agreed to match the price, they refused to honor the free white glove delivery. That felt unreasonable if you're matching a competitor's offer, it should include the full value, not just part of it. It seems like they’re trying to make up the difference by charging for delivery, which defeats the purpose of a true price match. My family has been loyal customers here for years, but this experience left a sour taste. Sadly, we won’t be returning.

Love our new couch! The delivery staff were efficient, professional, and did a great job delivering in the pouring rain. They were kind to my son and answered all of our questions!

After posting issues I was having with my recliner Jeni reached out to me and sent the repair man back. After trying several different options he finally found what the problem was and completely fixed it. Thank you so much, you’ve restored my faith in Dunk & Bright. Thanks to Dennis for not giving in until he found the problem. Now that’s customer service!
