Salesman didn't tell me the 30 day return window was ONLY applicable if I bought their mattress protector. I had my own mattress protector on from day one, yet they wont honor the 30 day return even though I was never told about this policy. My back is in shambles and the manager said all he could do was sell me another mattress which is not helpful. This is a very expensive mistake, as I would have 100% bought the in house cover if I had known.

He directed us to the mattresses in our price range and didn’t pressure us to purchase anything new didn’t want. We went into the store “just looking” to get an idea of what kind of mattress we’d like, and ended up walking out with the perfect one. Jaime walked us through the entire process. He was great!
