if there is a no star, i would happily give it. Been chasing them for 3 weeks to find out when they will send someone to check the seat heater that stopped working. Talked to a Kipp, 2 weeks ago, and he got my number, and the address. He said he will call me back, NEVER did. I called back the same day 3 times. Then i talked to this Lady (Friday February 6th), that was 2 weeks after i initially called. She claims she handles the dispatches and deliveries. She told me "i am next in the list" for Monday February 9th. She had an attitude when i talked to her, and kept interrupting me when i told her i chasing them for service. She told me because it was snowing, and she would not dispatch anyone during the snowy days. Understandable. Today (Wednesday february 11th), i called again, and talked to this guy Kipp. Of course that lady was not there. If she would have picked up, i would have called her a flat out liar. Kipp asked me for my phone number, i told him i gave it him 2 weeks ago when i talked to him and he told me he entered it in the system. He said "i could not find the paper that i wrote it on", so another liar i am talking to on the phone. And he had the nerve to tell me i am rude. I told him, if i was rude, i would have cussed him out, but thats not me. i told him "when i tell you the truth and the extremely BAD custumer service they have, then i am rude" and he said , "well its your tone of voice", i said "do you expect me to be lovey dovy when i keep calling to send someone to look at the item that i purchased from them, and i keep being lied to, and given the run around. He totally ignored what i said, and he said he added me to the list for tomorrow (Thursday 12th). I honestly not holding my breath. I know no one will show up tomorrow, maybe a lightning strike hits that shop and finally decide to "oh lets fix the bad customer service and help we are giving our customers", oh well. But I will never recommend ANYONE to go there at all. Its not their products, its the management there that lie and have an attitude and pretty good at giving the run around

I went to the establishment because I had been eyeing this particular living room suit that I wanted for the last year. I called to get information the staff was so friendly and knowledgeable. I went in the store and stayed for about an hour walking around looking. They had more than enough people offering to help. As well as they have a computer system that you could look at furniture on. This location has plenty of furniture to pick from in the building as well. So, I came across the set that I wanted it was very beautiful. I was in need of this suit before Christmas. They did deliver 2 days before Christmas. Which was awesome, but it was not the layout of the furniture that I had ordered. I called the staff was very apologetic, and they did fix the problem. But due to the holidays, it took two weeks. I will not give this company one lesser star, Because they are very professional. They Kept me up-to-date with everything. I absolutely love my living room suit. And I would definitely recommend anyone to go to this company to buy furniture for their house. As far as the price, they are reasonable. I would like to say that they can clean up around the front desk. There's a lot of paperwork everywhere.

I went to purchase an antique piece that I had looked at several weeks ago . I went to the counter to ask some questions and the guy from the beginning acted like I was bothering him So I ask if priced items were confirmed pricing and he got upset that I inquired to best pricing . So I ask if he would call the vendor of the consignment piece to see if he would take less The guy wanted to argue about it. But he said I’ll call then he’d argue again We finally left without purchasing the item I would think the owner of the consignment piece would be upset since he had no option in the decision. We would have bought the piece if we had been treated with the customer service everyone deserves .

Great experience at Dynasty Antique Store! Found a beautiful steampunk-style coffee table, and Kit was incredibly helpful. Two gentlemen kindly waited to wrap it up and helped us load it. Very friendly people—highly recommend.

Deidra and her crew are awesome. We came in to find a couch. Found the perfect fit for us. Everyone there is completely professional and so friendly. We wanted a matching recliner and it wasn’t in stock and showed would not be in until February they kept on it and I picked up my matching recliner today. Shop local and buy local.
