America's Mattress

Update (2/2024): We had a warranty issue with our mattress, but Rick and staff were great. They came out a couple days later to inspect and the very next day we got a full store credit for what we paid for the mattress. Great warranty. Rick was shocked, but helped us find a better solution! Rick, store manager, was of great help! He really knew his mattresses. No pushy sales and worked within our budget to find us the best mattress for us...not for him. We've tried several other mattress places over the years with many horror stories. Some cheap....some several thousand dollars. America's Mattress is the only one that has served us well long term. Now our entire family sleeps on their mattresses! Go there!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Mr. Rick from Americas Mattress, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Mr. Rick was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and patient as we navigated the mattress buying process. He took the time to understand our needs and preferences, and found us the perfect Mattress. He is quite the character! He enjoyed my many failed attempts at bartering! We were return customers for Rick. We came back to him because of the great job he did initially when we bought our first Tempurpedic. He is so knowledgeable about the product because of his years of experience. Thanks Rick for helping us navigate our warranty claim. Raphael and Michael did a wonderful job with our base delivery. They were quick and very professional. A pleasure to work with.

My husband and I walked into the Winston-Salem America's Mattress store today looking for a new mattress. We have been looking at other mattress stores for over a year and I haven't been too savvy on the new mattresses with foam, I guess you could say I am still old school. The Store Manager, Rick Hill, met us and was very personable, not pushy in any way as he asked us what was most important to us in a mattress. He was very patient, and gave us very detailed info on each mattress we selected. Rick was so patient, we spent over an hour trying to figure out which mattress was a fit for us. We went with the Simmons BeautyRest Black Hybrid in a Medium. The other mattress that was a contender was a Sterns and Foster. I have to say this was one of the most pleasurable big purchases we have made in a long time. Rick was such a big help, and we will send everyone we know to go to him when they need a new mattress.

Rick Hill was great to work with at America’s Mattress of Winston-Salem. He was very knowledgeable about the several models on display. We went looking for a mattress to buy and use following our up coming wedding. Overall it was a great experience and the Labor Day sale was currently going on. This allowed us the opportunity to invest in a quality mattress with a great warranty. Highly recommend seeing Rick at America’s Mattress of Winston-Salem.
