Sleep Number

We came in and met with Robbie who was excellent. He took the time to really explain all of the different options and was not high pressure at all. He made sure to get us the best deal possible on a great bed. I would recommend anyone in the market for a new bed to stop in to Sleep Number and check them out.

We came in not really knowing much about the Sleep Number beds other than what we’ve read online. Rosie was super friendly, beyond helpful and patient with us while answering the millions of questions we had. We have had the same mattress for years and it was time for a much needed upgrade. After trying out pretty much every mattress in the store, we will be the product owners of a new Sleep Number bed! We can’t wait for it to be delivered! Thank you Rosie!

Hi!. I recently worked toward purchasing a Sleep Number mattress and foundation at the Sleep Number store in Winston-Salem, NC. Both the salesperson Robbie and the manager were extremely helpful and patient with my overall difficult situation...way beyond the call of duty. It took almost a month to get everything in my situation to iron out, and I am so thankful that they both kept working with me and did not give up. Both were also very knowledgeable about the different mattresses available. In addition, Robbie introduced me to the cooling body pillow, and I immediately fell in love with it, and ordered it today as well. It is well worth a trip to the store to try this pillow out, not to mention that you can lie down on the different style mattresses. Long ago I wore out my 1st sleep number bed after 16 yrs. Ever since I have wanted, and dare I say, really needed another Sleep Number mattress, but circumstances did not allow for it. Now I Iam 69 and so thankful in a little over a week I will have a superior mattress again. I really cannot tell you how much a great mattress can help with your health issues! If you are in need of a mattress, please consider visiting the Sleep Number store to see, and feel the difference!!! PS. I do not have any photos yet.

I would like to think Rosie and Robbie for helping my in-laws with there bed. There is no way they could have gotten the issues addressed through the 800 customer service line. There is a passion, representative have in person verses online or via telephone. It might be beneficial to have the in-store representative train those virtual representative. The only reason why 4 of my family members have a sleep number bed is due to the representatives at this particular store. Robbie/Rosie thank you for taking pride in what you do. Thank you for having patience with your customer and when needed advocating for your customers. You both live up to the excellence sleep number aspire to have. If you're looking for a sleep number, you would be doing yourself a disservice by not stopping by thier store. The difference is online/800 customer service, you are the customer for a moment. In-store your family for life. You decide what works for you, but for me, I will take the time, make the trip to conduct all business transactions in person because they know me and they care! I had a great experience in the store. The staff was welcoming, knowledgeable, and took time to explain the different options without being pushy. I appreciated being able to try the beds, adjust the firmness, and ask questions comfortably. Overall, the visit felt informative and low-pressure, which made the decision process much easier.
