Disappointing Experience – Poor Communication and Customer Service I had a terrible experience with E&E Bedding Co or spring air Mattress outlet. I ordered a mattress with a promised delivery date, only to find out—after rearranging my schedule—that it wasn’t arriving as expected. The company failed to communicate any delays, and I had to call multiple times to get an update. Each time, I wasn’t given enough information, making the situation even more frustrating. Not only was the delay inconvenient, but the lack of accountability and poor customer service made things worse. No effort was made to rectify the issue or even offer a sincere apology. If you value your time and expect reliable service, I’d strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
