I went with my family to Adam's Furniture for a new dining set. I was amazed with their atmosphere, selection and employees. I had the pleasure of being taken care of Zen; an amazing sales associate working for Adam's Furniture for over 35 years. He introduced himself and directed us to where the selections were based on our needs. I was impressed with his patience, knowledge, people skills, and customer service focused mindset. Which is a breath of fresh air compared to sales associates of competitors. My mother is very picky and does not like to feel like she is being pressured to buy something. She was very pleased to not feel that she was being sold to. Zen answered all her questions and made her feel heard and needs understood. I highly recommend Adam's Furniture to anyone looking to be treated and receive service as if you are a member of the family. Come and ask for Zen he will take care of you; you will not be disappointed.

My wife and I had an excellent experience shopping at Adam's Furniture Store in Everett, thanks to Thomas. From the moment we walked in, he was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping us find exactly what we needed. He took the time to answer all our questions, provided honest recommendations, and made the entire process smooth and stress free. Thomas's customer service was outstanding, and his attention to detail ensured we were completely satisfied with our purchase. I wish I had started my search at Adams Furniture! They were fantastic! Erik helped us in the exact right way. He made us feel welcome as we walked in, explained the layout of the store, and then gave us space to explore. He checked in multiple times, but it was always to be helpful with no high pressure sales tactics. We had our furniture deliverable and assembled within 1 week of purchase and the price was very reasonable. I cannot recommend then more highly!

This store is my go-to place for all things fabulous! They always have the most gorgeous items, and the quality is top-notch. And let me tell you, their customer service is amazing. I especially love Omar, the salesperson who always goes above and beyond to make sure I get exactly what I want.

Worst experience . Please do not get your furniture here . Be aware of also the no return policy . I have been trying to get in contact with someone about the damages that happen when their movers moved in my sofas . The fur from the sofas are still attached in all places . Went in after not hearing back from there so called management team in over a week . Just to be completely ignored by there management personal Jose . Jose unprofessionally try to accuse me of causing the damages myself, made no attempt to resolve the issue until Everett police were called and he had my partner and I removed from the store . I asked to speak to someone higher than himself . The owner of the company , a general manager or someone other than him . Once again instead of communicating with us on resolving the issue he ignored us when we arrived and had us remove from the store . We are asking for the owner of this business to please reach out and communicate about this issue that has happened at this location . I would love nothing more than to give the furniture back and not give them any business !
