Mattress Firm Everett

This is ‘Go To’ store. You need to do business with Mattress Firm Many Mattress Firm employees have assisted me in immeasurable ways. I especially thank Valarie and Jose for having assisted with my original purchase and exchange. Jose, thank you for calling on a Friday night before leaving the store resolving concerns with emails about the delivery and exchange. Thank you again for having provided excellent service. I remain impressed with Jose’s incredible product knowledge and personal skills. Today, I spoke with Brain who again showed the patience and courtesy indicative of good customer service. He processed my request for a reduced sale price, which I was allowed for one year after having purchased a quality mattress. Mattress Firm is great, but only because of the people. Again, thank you to all at Mattress Firm.

We had an amazing experience with Jose helping us pick out a mattress! My 8-year-old son and I tried out a bunch of different mattresses, and Jose was wonderful at offering suggestions and simply being a great person to guide us and give us honest suggestions. He wasn't pushy or giving us a bunch of sales pitches. He was professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. The store was clean and had a wide selection of mattresses to choose from. We found the perfect, softest mattress for my son (a full-size Purple mattress). It feels like a luxury mattress, and my son sleeps so well ❤️ Although the mattresses aren't cheap (we paid upwards of $2,000), what I love about Mattress Firm is that whenever they have sales (like their Memorial Day sale), you can call the store, and they will apply that day's sale to your purchase! So they'll send money back to your card - you don't even need to visit the store. Jose recommended that I add reminders to our calendar, and I did 👍 We also got a pillow (those are non-returnable), and we love it! It's super soft. It's a coconut scented pillow. Also, the delivery to our home was great! The people who delivered the mattress brought it upstairs to my son's room. They were really efficient and polite. Thank you so much, Jose!! I would highly recommend Mattress Firm and this location specifically!

I had an outstanding experience with Mattress Firm in Everett, thanks to Valerie's exceptional customer service. My son is moving into a rental house on June 1, but he won't receive the keys until 10:00 a.m. The mattress delivery window is between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., so I was concerned about the possibility of the delivery arriving before he could access the house. Valerie went above and beyond to help. She made multiple attempts to communicate with the delivery team to ensure they were aware of the timing issue and did everything she could to accommodate our request. She also helped me apply a discount code I had found online, which was greatly appreciated. Throughout the entire process, Valerie was patient, proactive, professional, and genuinely focused on helping us. In a time when great customer service can be hard to find, she truly stood out. Because of Valerie's dedication and willingness to go the extra mile, I would highly recommend Mattress Firm to anyone looking for a mattress and a company that values its customers.

Joe was amazing from start to finish. Helped us find a really great mattress in our price range, even went above and beyond and personally dropped off part of the free gift they offered. Never tried the pushy uncomfortable salesman approach, was just highly knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. Thank you Joe!

Went in to look at mattresses today. Walked in and Brian greeted us and was very helpful. He showed us some options and educated us on all the features. I never felt pressured into any decision. He let the product sell itself. He was friendly and helpful. Store was clean and had a lot of options!
