I can't stand easy rest, I lost 2 remote controls.And I tried to get one and they Charged me a hundred Dollar For a replacement. I replaced two already It's broke again and I'm calling and they will not pick up the phone. I've been calling for 2 months. My bed has been broke. I'm disabled and I can't get up-and-down on my own. And now that the bed is broke it's hard for me to get out of the bed once I'm in.
View on GoogleWe purchased an Easy Rest bed and are very happy with it. The Sales Representative was very thorough and answered all our questions. The delivery crew were very professional and were very careful when bringing the bed up our stairs into the bedroom. They took the time to show us everything and made sure we knew how to use it before they left. The bed is very comfortable - much better than our old one. The bed helps with my bad back and is easier to get out of bed in the morning.We are sleeping well on it and enjoying the features.
View on GoogleI would put a zero because this company swindles senior citizens out of their money. The bed that they sell is no good. I've contacted them over and over again, they have not tried to fix the problem yet. They tricked my 71 year old mother into getting a bed with a contract. The sells man that she spoke to put a false amount of income on her contract so that she could get the bed. My mother is stuck with a bill that nobody can afford. If you know anybody who is dealing with this company especially senior citizens tell them to stay away. Check with your family to make sure that they DO NOT make this mistake. I have tried to get them to come and get them bed but they refused. My mother is old and she didn't know what she was signing. They told her that she should have read the contract but she could not understand what they was talking about. The writing was hard to understand. If there is anybody who can help us please help us so that we will know what to do. She suppose to be paying them the payment of 5,508.95 dollars for a bed that does not work. That would ruin my mother's credit and that would make her sick.
View on GoogleThis bed has been a great addition to my life. In addition to the comfort it brings I also get the benefit of raising my head to get relief from my reflux. The customer service representative was great too. My dog chewed my remote and they were able to replace it in just 2 days. I have recommended Easy Rest to many of my friends.
View on GoogleWe love our two Easy Rest beds! We recently moved overseas so couldn't take the beds with us because of the power difference. We moved our beds to our permanent home in the States and absolutely love sleeping on them when we're back! Both my husband and I have acid reflux and being able to raise the head of the split mattress allows us to adjust the height independently to reduce our symptoms. Also, the mattress is wonderful for my back; I wake up refreshed and pain free every morning. We would highly recommend an Easy Rest bed to anyone who's looking for a great night's sleep!
