I just happened to be doing a walkthrough of the mall when I saw this furniture store. I happened to need a dining room set for my new house so I took a walk through. Mike was very helpful with explaining everything and helping me out. Ended up getting a nice dark wood dining table with 4 chairs for 1,436 dollars. Price included delivery w/assembly and a 5 year protection plan. I felt the price was fair and Mike even offered same day delivery! A couple hours later he and another gentleman arrived and set up our new dining room table which looks great. Very happy with the service and would likely use them again in the future!

I had an amazing experience with L&A Furniture from start to finish. The delivery team was fantastic — they arrived on time and assembled my couch, chair, and lamp in under 10 minutes! They were professional, quick, and thorough. The in-store selection was also great, but what really made the experience exceptional was Laila, the manager. She was incredibly patient, kind, and helpful throughout the entire process. You can tell she truly cares about her customers. I used to shop for furniture in those hood stores. They always included (for free) bed bugs. Years of itching and scratching made me want a better way. THANK GOD FOR L&A FURNITURE. I walked into this little slice of heaven and was greeted by a very knowledgeable sales lady who did everything to make sure that my shopping experience was easy and pleasurable. She even got me approved for financing so I didn't have to come up with cash. Now, because of L&A FURNITURE, I have beautiful furniture in my apartment and the best part is that I ain't got no more bugs. Thanks L&A for your knowledge, service and cleanliness.

They have an Absolutely No refund policy, even when they sell you an item that is visibly not in a new condition. I purchased a Bentley car for my grandson for 323 dollars . When I got home and open it . It had some scratches . Some deeper than others . The bumper was hot glued on . You could see the traces of the glue . I took it back to the store the very next day about 15 hours after purchase . Asked for a replacement . They didn’t have any in stock. They offered me a different car which was even more scratched up than the first when we opened the box. We needed this gift for his birthday party this weekend . At this point we were desperate and asked for a discount on the first purchase since it was visible damaged and looked as bad as the floor model. The manager offered 16 dollars off. Lol I lost more than that driving 45 minutes there and 45 minutes back home just in gas . . Not to mention the two hours I took off work to deal with this situation . I asked for a refund and then noticed the NO REFUND POLICY !! This is a joke . They only offer store credit . This is my first and absolute last time in that store . That is a horrible policy. Why would anyone return? To have a no refund policy when you aren’t selling quality products !! Shame on YOU! I asked to speak to the manager and they he guy working there with long hair said there was nothing he could do that she only offered a 5% discount for the scratches . At the end I decided to leave the item there and take my chances on a replacement ! I hope it doesn’t take months for to get a replacement. You guys really need to do better . This totally ruined our plans for the babies birthday party . I’m out 323 dollars until you decide to replace the item and he won’t have it for his birthday!!! Thanks allot for the bad business practice !!!!
