Regency Furniture

I am not one to leave negative reviews, but I feel that my experience can be valuable to others here. The team members at the Ashley/Regency Bensalem location were FANTASTIC. The ordeal, stress, and disappointment in working with Regency was absolutely awful. I purchased my furniture (headboard, bed frame, dresser + mirror) in late June/early July of 2025 and was quoted a 4-6 week turnaround time. This changed to a 6-8 week wait shortly after which was still fine for when I needed it. Cut to August when I'm informed mid-September, got a call end of August to schedule delivery, another call letting me know that the pieces actually were not available and now estimated delivery would be November-December of 2025. I am shocked. 6 weeks turned into 6 months?? Then another call letting me know it actually is available for delivery in late-September... so it gets delivered. Fantastic? No. Damage both cosmetically from the manufacturing process and damage from the crew who assembled it that first time. Uneven bed frame, scratches, split wood from putting in the screws, handles to the drawers left on/assembled still in the clear plastic bags. 2 deliveries (with a great driver!) and months later for replacement pieces, I still don't have all of the issues fixed and can not recommend Regency Furniture to anyone. Shop Ashley or elsewhere, but be wary with Regency!

If I could give this store less than 1 star I would. Do Not go here . Do Not! Salesmen are ignorant and don't listen. Waited 3 months got the wrong furniture. Then delivered the right furniture and ripped it bringing it in . 5 months now and furniture is not fixed yet. Customer service NONE useless. They also ripped the furniture they took back going out. Spent $3k for ripped furniture and a never ending headache. Stay clear of here.

Went in store November 1st 2025, looking for a power lift chair. Expressed multiples times that if we were to purchase today, I wanted the chair before Thanksgiving. I was advised that they keep all items I was interested in, in the United States, so the lead time wouldn’t be long. We discussed numbers and decided to check out. They made an error on our invoice that was corrected. What we were not made aware of until last minute was a 10% deposit needed. Nor did they inform us that the furniture could take up to 12 weeks, found that out once the invoice was printed. Then after everything was processed found out the chair was not in stock and needed to be ordered. I was told I would get a call in 2-3 days, still have yet to receive a phone call. Now when I go online to track the status, it’s informing me the chair won’t be available till December 31st. Not happy.

Dan was our salesman today. He immediately greeted us upon entering the building and broke down how to search for pricing for all furniture. He was gracious enough to allow us the ability to browse at our leisure and ask questions when needed. He helped us to find the set for our forever home! He was super knowledgeable and so so kind. We will definitely be back to see Dan. Couldn’t recommend his services enough!! Thank you!!

Terrible delivery service. And terrible customer service. Store doesn't answer phone or return messages. They blame warehouse vendor for delivery problems. The delivery service called & texted me 3x on a friday ahead of scheduled saturday delivery. But on saturday, they were a no show. They wasted 5 hours of my day, waiting for nothing. Then the store AND warehouse were completely unresponsive when i tried to get a new date. The store management talks a good game, but when you leave they forget you. This is a combined Ashley/Regency location. I will never go there again (unless i need to make a warranty claim, we'll see about that).
