My husband and I had a wonderful experience at El Dorado Furniture! We were shopping for a futon that would fit comfortably in our small apartment, and Jorge and Becca made the entire process easy and enjoyable. They were incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. They listened to what we needed and quickly helped us find the perfect futon for our family. It even has storage space, which is a huge bonus for apartment living! On top of that, it was 51% off and about $400 under our maximum budget, which made the experience even better. Jorge and Becca were professional, friendly, and never pushy. They genuinely wanted to help us find the right piece instead of just making a sale. Because of them, we left feeling confident and excited about our purchase. If you visit El Dorado Furniture, I highly recommend asking for Jorge or Becca. They provide excellent customer service and made our experience fantastic!
View on GoogleLuz at El Dorado Airport store was so helpful! The best customer service skills I have seen in a long long time. Great folloup, so courteous! I'm Extremely thankful for all her help with the furniture I was looking for. I will recommend her to my family and friends.
View on GoogleI was so happy to be assisted by Maria Hernandez. She was very informative and knowledgeable with the sectional and coffee table we were interested in buying. She took the time to understand the color scheme and decoration we were looking for and helped us make the right decision. We are very happy and highly recommend her. I can’t wait to see our new furniture in our home.
View on GoogleAfter going to other furniture stores. I came back to El Dorado to complete my purchase. The sales rep has been very patient and offered options to suit my taste in furniture. Her name is Luz Marina Sanchez at the Airport Blvd store. I still need to wait two months for my dining room table. I will be back with how that goes.
