We recently made a couple of purchases at El Dorado and we had the pleasure of working with Christina Puerto. She was incredibly helpful in assisting us with choosing our new guest and living room couches. From the beginning, she listened to what we were looking for and respected our preferences instead of trying to sell us on things we didn't want. For example, when we said we weren't interested in leather, she immediately focused on the options that fit our needs instead of distracting us with higher priced items or continuing to show leather based furniture.
As someone who is naturally more hesitant, reserved, and likes to think long term before making a significant purchase, I really appreciated her patience and thoughtful guidance. She answered all of our questions, helped put us at ease, and made sure we were getting a good enough deal to feel confident moving forward with such an important decision. At no point did we feel rushed or pressured.
