El Dorado Furniture - Miller Outlet

We came here to check it out as we were looking for new couches. From the beginning I noticed the difference between an outlet and a regular store. The inventory is a lot less and the employees let you browse on your own. They are also less knowledgeable about the product. What I liked about it was that the prices of all the items were much lower. We found the couches we loved, immediately purchased it. The lady helping us with the invoice was a sweetheart. She gave us a coupon for $50 off and assisted us with applying for the credit card to be able to pay it off interest free. We stayed beyond closing time but she did not make us feel rushed. She also set the delivery for the very next day and organized it with the delivery men for them to take our old couches for an extra cost. We were relieved she was able to organize that. The next day we received our couches. The two men were very nice and efficient. They did not let us help them as they said they got it. I would definitely return to this store for future furniture.

No customer service whatsoever, no help on items ask questions and you get short one word answers. This is the perfect example of Miami going into shambles the people being hired don’t even want to work. The delivery guys sitting on the arm rests of the couches. Then people wonder why stores close their doors !! Was interested in buying a 1400 leather couch. No one soul got up from their chairs to ask if I needed any help and the store was practically empty. Management needs to step it up. We’re in Miami where I am sure their going to say. Someone will buy it, however that’s missing the entire point.

First of all, let me make it clear to all of you: this is an outlet store, meaning there is no sales person greeting you and ready to help you. If you want that, go to the regular El Dorado Furniture and pay full retail price instead. Also, sales are final, meaning: no returns whatsoever. Alright, so, I found an enormous bargain on a dining table and 6 chairs that fit my requirements and taste, for a fifth oh the regular price. Thanks to the employees on the front desk, they where all very attentive and courteous. Tip: ask for the lowest price from "the report" and they may have additional discounts for you.

Francisco Navarro was AMAZING, he took the time to not only show us what we wanted, but took an interest in thinking outside the box and suggested some great ideas to make our house unique and interesting.

Lots of items at decent prices, but I don’t love that they use a 3rd party delivery company, and the service isn’t the best.
