IEgregious quality of service. wish I could give zero stars. A power recliner I bought there had a problem with the hand control device. I made the initial call requesting repairs on April 11. I called back May 20, June 19, and July 11, and each time was told a different story why they couldn't make the repair. Today is July 12. I have tried to reach the owner and he will not return calls. The chair itself seemed nice, although the fact that the "wand" (hand control device plus electric cord going to it) broke doesn't speak well of it. Nevertheless, I have been satisfied with the furniture, but definitely not with the quality of service. (Unfortunately, my chair's warranty says I have to repair it where I bought it, or I would long before this have gone elsewhere.) I won't shop here again.
