I’ve been purchasing furniture from Rooms To Go for the last few years. I love the selection and quality that they offer. Stacy White is my go-to sales person. She is very knowledgeable of all the options and furniture they sell. Nathalie was amazing and never pushy! She gave me space but was close by with any help and even had a measuring tape when I wished I had one!! I will always be requesting her!!!!

Recently bought a couple items from here. The sales agent was incredibly helpful and made the process easy. However, the delivery was an entirely different problem. One of the bookshelf (The Ashton Natural Etage) was assembled extremely wrong. Its horribly wobbly and unstable. The delivery people spent almost 1.5 hours assembling it, and they seemed to just give up and leave it in this state. They told me it would be replaced - but when I called customer service, according to them, there was nothing in the notes that mentioned it was wobbly or unstable. The customer service representative was also rude and did not believe me when I told him it was installed horribly. Here is a video of how unstable this shelf is. I know getting this replaced is going to be a nightmare - I've already gotten a taste of what the customer service is like, and I'm sure it will only get worse.

My wife and decided to stop at the Rooms To Go Super Store in Dunn NC on our way back to SC and the entire experience was wonderful. Our sales associate Anita was fantastic. She was very knowledgeable and understood exactly what we where looking for and showed us several different styles of furniture. She was able to answer all of our questions and did not rush us to decide. We have been looking for new couches for some time and have shopped our local Rooms To Go but Anita was on point and like I said able to answer each and every question and concern we had. Thank you
