Farmers Home Furniture | Dunn, NC

My sales person Melissa was wonderful. With her knowledge of the furniture was what really made up my mind up to purchase the furniture because the way the chaise could be moved from the couch to the loveseat.

1st and foremost the staff in the Dunn location is great. They are always inviting when you enter the store. However I purchased a washer from the clearance area as is and yes I was aware that the washer would not have a warranty. Understand i am fully aware that I was taking a risk with this purchase. My main issue is that I was unable to test the washer before I left the location and once I got it home it was inoperable and to also find it can not be repaired. Again the staff is not the issue and I will continue to be a customer solely because of the staff!

They made it easy to apply and shop. Delivery was on time and professional. My puppy, Bean highly approves.

The furniture I financed with Farmers was seamless, the ladies who assisted me were so polite & helpful. The guys who delivered my furniture were prompt and did a great job setting up the bunk bed. I could not have asked for a better experience! My kids love their bunk bed!

I was given wrong info, so return it for refund!. They lied to me twice. And now I have to wait 7 to 14 days for a refund . But they took my money in 3 seconds. Never shop their again!!!!!!
