I stopped in & Stephanie showed me around. Even though I told her that I was not in the market to purchase right away, she patiently answered all my questions & gave me space to think & try out the beds. I was really relieved, impressed & grateful for the low/no pressure sales pitch & the incredibly clear /concise & upfront pricing. I never felt that I would be disappointed by finding a hidden "gotcha" or add on. I've looked around quite a bit (online & off line) since visiting ESD & have found that thier prices & policies are superior when you add to the fact that you can actually go in & try out the products ! I'm saving up & will be buying a mattress from them in the near future. In the meantime, Thanks Stephanie & thank you ESD for being SO transparent in your business practices- it takes the unpleasantness out of making a pricey purchase !

I just wanted to share our wonderful experience today with the delivery employees. When we moved into our new home last April, we purchased our second bed from European Sleep Design and Jarrod and Tyler set it up for us. We LOVE our new adjustable bed; my husband says he doesn't know what he'd do without it!! Nearly a year later, we decided we wanted to put an area rug in our bedroom, but were not equipped to handle this on our own. So, we called Jill (the owner) and explained our situation. She was able to schedule a service call for the next day. Jarrod and Tyler to the rescue!! They took our bed frame apart, moved the mattresses and then lifted the adjustable components, while helping us position the rug pad and rug underneath. They were careful to make sure everything was just the way we wanted it. We couldn't have done it without them!! Now all we have to do is trim the rug pad and make the bed!! Thank you again, European Sleep Design!! You're the BEST!!

We bought our mattress here six years ago and we still love it. We were looking for a non-toxic option and can confirm there was no chemical smell or off gassing. We will only go here if we ever need another mattress.

After browsing for a new bed at a number of big-brand mattress stores, my wife and I decided to make a trip out to a local small store. I found this place mentioned on Mattress Underground and am so glad for the recommendation. The difference between those big-name stores ans European Sleep Design was night and day; the people here truly understand and are transparent with their products in a way I had not seen anywhere else. Stephanie was an absolute gem and made the experience of mattress shopping tailored to us and our needs. And though she had to leave before we had made a selection, the owner of the store picked up and even stayed well after closing time to help us finish our purchase. We've had our Caspian mattress, mattress topper, and pillows for several months now and couldn't be happier.

Full Disclosure: I am a huge supporter of European Sleep Design. Stephanie and the other sleep experts are knowledgeable and quietly observant of how one lays, and most likely sleeps, on a mattress. They were patient with my fussiness. I tried most of the mattresses in the store and then came back another day to try them again. I finally settled on one but came back again to confirm, in my mind, that this was the right one. Stephanie and staff were always attentive without being pushy or intrusive. The European Sleep Design mattresses cost a little more than the ones you buy on-line that come in a box or at “warehouse stores” but so worth it. We have had our European Sleep Design mattress for a month and I have no complaints. Our friends have had their mattress for 12 years and they have no complaints. If you are loosing sleep because of your mattress, you might want to consider getting a new mattress. Of course I would recommend a European Sleep Design mattress. Go to their website, read about the mattress construction and materials used. Go to the store, talk with the staff, try a few mattresses. There is no pressure to buy. Gather information.
