We went into Mattress Firm looking for a new mattress and adjustable frame. Overall we had a great experience, and Joshua provided excellent customer service! He took his time showing us different mattresses and price points, while being mindful of our budget. I really appreciate the fact that he didn’t try to push us into buying anything we didn’t want/like. Furthermore, he helped us thoroughly with financing and getting us a better deal on the frame. Our sales pro Susan with 20 years experience made buying a new bed easy. She was well aware of most concerns and questions any new bed shopper may have. She moved mattresses around to test certain lifting bed frames. Bree was able to direct us to the right choice once she understood our requirements. Once we decided on a model she continued to embellish the benefits and support details for the product. ***** She also glided us through the Zero Finance process answering odd questions for approval. I would recommend Susan to all my friends and family for a new bed purchasing experience.

We walked in and were greeted by Suzanne almost immediately. She listened to our needs and made good suggestions. Service at the store was friendly and very helpful in helping us to find the mattress we were looking for. We were informed of warranties available and delivery service. We were delighted that next day delivery was available and that they kept in touch providing delivery time. The set up was surprisingly efficient and fast. They were friendly and explained the features of the mattress; asked if the set up was to our liking and if we had any questions. Mattress Firm made this purchase, during the holidays, effortless.
