Bob's Discount Furniture and Mattress Store

Immediately upon entering the store, a sales associate, Nanci, greeted me and quickly took me on a guided tour to help me locate the furniture items that matched what I was searching for. She was knowledgeable about their floor stock and was efficient with the iPad she used to check stock availability, color choices, prices, and similar items to look at. I decided to leave and think about what I had seen and come back if I decided to purchase it. Before leaving, Nanci helped me set up an account, so that I can go home and look at my shopping cart of items more closely. I ended up returning to the store a couple weeks later and bought some furniture. I was able to make an appointment with Nanci and the transaction was quick and seamless. The delivery date options were within the same week of purchase and they do offer to have the delivery employees also build the furniture once inside the house, for a fee. I have been very pleased with my first experience at Bob's Furniture and plan to check them out again for future needs.

Went in wanting a new bed frame and the guest specialist Mo was very attentive. He lead me in the direction i needed to go, heard my concerns, what i needed and made the whole experience enjoyable. Ended up purchasing a queen bed frame, with a synergy mattress and a night stand to match the set. Wonderful experience, great customer service. I will buy from here again. Thank you Mo!

The store was larger than we expected. The selection, and types of furniture, impressive. Our representative was Nanci, and she was very informative. Great sales associate! We get our sofa delivered next week.

Tiffany was amazing. GreatCustomer Service. She took her time to go over couches and explore other areas on interest in the showroom. She was knowledgeable and generous with her time. I purchased the couch sectional, one of those big, beautiful padded rugs that feel amazing, and some flower pots that were on clearance! Left there excited for my purchase🥳 Let’s Go!!!!!!!

Good selection and reasonable prices. Your sales team was nice but they are clearly trained to push the extended warranty too hard. Online reviews do not support the value they claim so there was no way I was paying for future bad service and claim denials. The lower risk of just paying out of pocket for repairs is not that big a deal.
