He was always available to answer my questions and responded incredibly quickly via text throughout the entire process, making everything so convenient. The delivery team was also outstanding. They were professional, polite, and took such great care with my new furniture. I especially appreciated that they assembled it in their shop and then expertly set it up in my office – it was definitely worth it! To top it off, Michael was even willing to beat prices I found online, which was a bonus. I would highly recommend Express to anyone looking for quality furniture and exceptional customer service!

From the moment I started explaining what I was looking for, and how I was a little price-sensitive, Mike helped me pick out the perfect desk for my office. I had the measurements of the room and he even adjusted one of the sections to make sure it fit perfectly. His installation crew was top-notch and extremely professional and fast. I was thrilled that express furniture was only about 25 minutes from my house so I could go to the store and see what I was purchasing in person and Mike made the whole experience a pleasure. I love my new office furniture. The quality is excellent. They assembled it and delivered it and placed it in my second floor office For a small fee that was well worth me not having to do it myself!
