In August 2024, I purchased a full-size bed and foundation from this store for my 7-year-old son. Before buying, I specifically asked the salesperson whether the slat spacing was too wide, as I was concerned it might not properly support the mattress. I was told that “all foundations are like this” and that it would be totally fine for a child. Trusting their advice, I paid over $100 for the foundation. Just a little over one year later, I noticed a significant sagging and deep indentation in the mattress — exactly in the areas between the slats. The mattress itself comes with a 10-year warranty, but the manufacturer refused the warranty claim after inspecting the foundation, stating that the slat spacing is far too wide and does not meet support requirements. When I measured it myself, I was honestly shocked: the slats are spaced about 10 inches apart. I went back to the store and spoke with the owner. While he was polite, he insisted that all of their foundations are built this way and claimed that “no one else has had problems,” subtly suggesting that the issue was with my mattress, not the foundation. So I’ll let future customers decide. If you think 10-inch slat spacing is acceptable for proper mattress support, then feel free to buy here. I’ve attached photos so you can judge for yourself. Trying to save money ended up ruining an otherwise perfectly good mattress, and this was an expensive lesson. Since this store sells only this type of foundation, I hope other buyers have better luck than I did.

View on GoogleThe prices are great, and the staff is helpful. They're willing to help if something is wrong. However, the quality of the box spring is low. Mine had dents in it. They gladly exchanged it, but when I got home the new one was dented just from the light pressure of my hand resting on it. It feels like it's made of cheap cardboard that can't have any pressure. If you're looking for a cheap mattress this is a good place. The mattress quality is fine, but I'd pay for a box spring elsewhere instead of theirs that comes with it.
View on GooglePurchased a new mattress from this place because I really did not feel like spending thousands of dollars on one and when we set it up at home, the mattress felt too plush, so we flipped it over and it felt a little better but felt different from the one at the store. So eventually I went to the store and spoke to one of the guys there about the issue and I tried the mattress that I originally purchased. It felt different. So eventually the guys spoke to the boss and had mine exchanged and the issue was fixed. Maybe there was a manufacturer issue with that mattress or I was sold a used mattress. Either way, they helped in resolving the issue and have no complaints. If you’re looking for a decent mattress that doesn’t cost a soul, mattress shoppe is the place to go. Just make sure you thoroughly test the mattress you’re interested so you won’t go through any issues.
