Wayside furniture has lots and lots of selections to look at and even better you can customize your choice. Choosing to customize can increase your price, thankfully the sale people are really helpful at giving you options on the quality and design to stay in your price range. We dealt with Mike B. ; he was extremely helpful, patient and knowledgeable. He knew the products really well and helped us piece together our living room furniture. Just have to mention we did it during the Wayside 4th of July sale event; it was nice to have the sales event. However, the flyer we received by mail on the sales event and even when Mike tried to explain it; neither was easily understood. Overall Wayside furniture was a great experience. Update: September 30 2025. Furniture was delivered; the crew did an excellent job of carrying in the furnishings and placed them where we requested. The crew was friendly. We will definitely check Wayside if we plan on upgrading any of other furniture in the future.

Went today for my second time to get another look at the dining and entertainment selection. Once I decided Dino was very professional and curt which I appreciated. Pricing was transparent and up front. I will definitely go back to when im ready to pick bedroom furniture!

Fantastic experience from start to finish with Susan Myers. From the moment I walked in just to look around we connected. The product I was looking for (England custom furniture) was available through Wayside at a very reasonable price compared to other quote I had received. On top of that the financing option available at the time was great! I was so thrilled with my experience when I received my original order of two living room chairs and a family room leather recliner that I went back to Susan for a quote on an upholstered ottoman to compliment the living room chairs . Received quote within hours and again very reasonable. Delivery of first items was earlier than expected and was pristine. Pickup today of ottoman at Wayside’s warehouse was seamless. Customer service there was amazing also with them assisting us in unwrapping the product and checking it over.. would highly recommend Wayside to family and friends (which we already have done to our daughter for outdoor furniture purchase) and will absolutely be back for any future furniture purchases!

We had a great experience at Wayside Furniture. A decorator, Laura Grygorewicz, worked with us and helped us select pieces and accessories that worked beautifully together. It was an incredible experience having someone knowledgeable helping. She was able to use existing pieces and help blend together a main floor that flowed and looked pulled together. This was especially challenging in the dining room and she was able to pull it off! We painted some existing pieces of furniture in the dining room and she helped us select the paint color and confirmed our wall color choices. This was a big expense and a lot of work and we felt so much more comfortable with it having her guidance. Thank you Laura, and thank you Wayside. We love our updated house!

Wayside did it again - another fantastic experience with our go-to home store! So many reasons we love Wayside: finest quality furniture, endless design options, competitive pricing, knowledgable and friendly staff…. The list goes on! This time around we used their design service to help pick out bar stools and an occasional chair to accent and visually connect 2 adjacent spaces. Bonus - we left the store with a cool centerpiece. We couldn’t be happier - thank you! We will be back!
