After 15 years of living in this town house and using free couches from my uncle, I told my mom it’s time to get our own proper couch that looks nice and is comfortable before our huge Thanksgiving party. I first started with the Ashley’s here in Williamsburg, everything inside was way too expensive even on sale in our opinion so we left empty handed, the next day my mom and I took a trip to Virginia Beach and so I told her on the way back I wanted to stop by couch stores. This was luckily our first stop and upon entering we noticed how good the prices are, just to find out they are a partner store or Ashley’s so it was all Ashley’s furniture but with such better pricing!!! Amazing deals on all of their furniture. We were helped by the lovely man with an ex from Cornell (forgot your name so sorry) but he was helpful as we contemplated between designs, colors, ottomans etc. The pricing and value was great, delivery fee was reasonable, every place has a delivery fee tho and they even gave us the 3 pillows with it. We paid on the spot and then the printer broke lol but thankfully we had extra time on our hands. They offered us next day delivery but we decided to do it later in the week. Just got it delivered today, and we ran into crisis as the biggest part (right side) would not fit up the stairs of our narrow town house stair case, and so I was getting anxious thinking its over because they can’t take it back either. But then the two lovely gentlemen said if the balcony isn’t too high, they could do the balcony, when they first said this I thought they would bring a lift or something, but no all they used is their Superman strength and some rope!!! They seriously put their 100% effort into making this work for me, although it was an additional fee it was well worth it given the labor and effort they put. And now the couch looks great and it fit perfectly. Couldn’t be happier., Recommend this place to all especially those with town houses like me who have difficulty getting furniture past the 1st floor!

These guys are great, very patient and accommodating. They helped me me make my furniture dream come true. The furniture is nice looking and they have lots of options.... even if you have bad credit. They can make it happen.

I had an excellent experience with Steven. Today I purchased a sofa and loveseat, plus a 5-piece pub set. Best of all, everything will be delivered and set up tomorrow, all for a fair total of $2,797.88. I highly recommend buying your next furniture pieces from here!

This was the company we used for our furniture after we were displaced by a fire. Most things they have in stock for next day delivery. We worked with Tracie and it was a seamless and very easy experience. We stumbled upon them by accident but I’m so glad we did because it was such a positive experience. Not overly pushy sales people or high sales pressure tactics. Very helpful and patient. Very quick delivery!!! We are very happy with our purchase and the entire buying experience.

We had an awesome experience! Everyone was funny, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. They were honest about everything and super helpful from start to finish. Our order was completed incredibly fast, and the same- or next-day delivery was a huge bonus. Prices were fair and honest. We’re very pleased and highly recommend them! I’ll post pics tomorrow:)
